Cancellation Policy

As per the registration's waiver, the participant "acknowledge(s) that cancellation, in writing, for each registered athlete, received:

a) in excess of 1 month in advance of the camp period start date will allow a refund to be returned, subject to a $50.00 cancellation penalty.

b) in excess of 2 weeks in advance of the camp period start date will allow a refund to be returned, subject to a $75.00 cancellation penalty.

c) in excess of 1 week in advance of the camp period start date will allow a refund to be returned, subject to a $100.00 cancellation penalty.

d) less than 1 week in advance of the camp period start date will allow a refund to be returned, subject to a $150.00 cancellation penalty.

e) after 12:00 p.m. on the Friday prior to the camp period start date will not allow a refund to be returned. "
