The key to the success of North Toronto Baseball Camp is our incredible staff.

We select our counselors based on three main criteria:

  1. Extensive baseball experience as a coach or player
  2. Camp counselor experience
  3. Ability to teach and instruct

What separates our staff from other day camps is their passion for baseball and helping players improve their skills. Whether it's talking about the amazing catch from the night before or challenging the campers with brain busting trivia, our staff have a genuine interest in your children and love teaching the great game of baseball.

"I spent two summers employed at NTBC and found the experience to be a tremendous opportunity for personal growth and development. There is a high degree of mutual respect and cooperation amongst the staff and a common understanding that the camps' success is derived from it's people. If you are passionate about baseball, there is no better place to work than NTBC. The senior and professional staff provide you with a balanced environment that combines fun with the opportunity to learn and progress as a baseball instructor, a camp counselor and a leader."

-Max Steinman, NTBC Counselor 2008 and 2009
